More beautiful than comfortable/functional I bought because it was a "nice" table chair in my daughter's bedroom. My daughter wants it to be like other chairs that roll in and out of tables easily so it's not very easy to move around on regular rug without physically lifting it. Also warn your kids not to stand on it as the seat folds easily as my daughter discovered when trying to reach something higher. So basically a nice simple chair, but not ideal for children.
