I keep it in my purse to use at work. Ripped the boxes for the triceps muscles. I thought it would be ideal for that reason. In the first mode, use only my shoulders, neck, and upper back for a few minutes. It was fine, but I had to press hard to feel it work, not to mention the noise was too loud for my ear. I ordered a massage gun instead, it's much more powerful, hopefully the gun gets rid of my knots, just can't get it to work ☹, too big to put in my pocket.
