I am very disappointed with this Microsoft keyboard but I really like the mouse. My biggest issue with the keyboard is how hard the keys are! I've never felt keys this tight on a Microsoft keyboard before. The second disappointment is that the letters are already being erased from the keys and I've only been using them for about a month. While I definitely don't need the letters on the keys to be typed to know where they are, I didn't expect them to be erased so quickly since I'm touch typing. While I don't hate the keyboard enough to send it back and pay the shipping costs as it was originally well priced, I definitely wouldn't buy another model of this model and even consider other brands if Microsoft changes. All their keyboards now have hard keys like this.
