Original review hidden. I haven't said anything negative other than pointing out that the product is missing key components required for assembly. This should be reported and taken into account when reviewing the product, right? I cannot use the product due to missing screws. The product makes a solid and well-made impression. However, does the quality assurance for the product need to be improved? How else can I say this to keep my honest review? What good is a product that cannot be assembled? I can't use it. End of the story. Update October 2018: Seller apologized and gave credit for that he could not find hardware to replace screws. I am very happy with the customer service and the stand. It is of high quality and easily supports all my 15" and 17" laptops and my 24" monitor. We value good customer service. The seller did the right thing. Added 2 stars for a total of 4 to reflect my opinion on the product itself.
