I am 80 years old and have mixed gray hair that gets frizzy after washing but becomes rough and unruly after a few days. This product gives me soft curls and shine, an effect that lasts about five days if I wet them instead of brushing them thoroughly. It has also made my hair stronger. I get a lot of compliments on how my hair looks. I've been using Aveda products for 20 years now and they recently ditched the conditioners I used to love. I like this one better. The care effect lasts much longer.
