Firstly it arrived a day early which is definitely a plus! I took it out of the box and immediately realized that for some reason it didn't come with a carrying case. It sucks because it helps hide it from small children and other prying eyes and keeps it clean. So it was an instant disappointment. Second, the most interesting! I'm trying to get a usage fee. Omg was that a joke! The lack of detailed instructions did not help anything. I've been trying for so long to remove the purple silicone circle at the bottom to charge it. As it turns out, this is NOT what you do! I'm glad other people have written reviews about it because I particularly learned how to charge it and a big THANK YOU if you see it. So easy! As opposed to the half hour I spent trying to get rid of it. Now I'll say the sealing is excellent as this thing didn't come out at all. So just stick the loading needle right in the middle of the silicone circle. I love the purple color (my favourite) and it feels very smooth. Haven't used it yet, it's just about to fully charge. When we test it I will update my rating. The reason for the bad rating is the lack of instructions and NO VELVET BAG! So disappointed without the bag.
