This is not intended at all. The bottom is too thick, putting your back too far from the edge of the tub - the top roller is practically useless. And if you have jets on the side of the tub, the bottom/thick part is also a problem. The bottom should be thinner and tiered, and the pearl should be thicker. Her head is at a 90 degree angle by design and there is no noticeable "roll" underneath. I want a pillow to comfortably cradle my neck and head over the edge of the tub (and keep my hair dry), but that's not going to happen with this pillow. THEN there is a problem with the material - it completely absorbs moisture and itches a little, so it is uncomfortable, moreover, lying on the pillow will get your hair wet. The item never dries out between uses. I sent it back and will look for an upgraded one.
