Review on GRV 24 2835 Bright Cabinet Dimmable by Brad Lovro

bought 10 packs. Improved design and it really matches my halogen reflectors compared to the Brightstar unit I got at the same time. The Brightstar had a larger through electrolyte on the back which made it impossible to sit under glass in my cheap Home Depot 3 string garland like this (after the pin mods). The only problem is that someone after the designer decided to go cheaper and used the wrong connector. The pin spacing is 0.2" (the PCB pins look correct) but the G4 bulb is 0.16". Someone probably ordered 0.1" sockets from the factory instead of 2mm. It's very easy to replace by sliding the black plastic off the plug and bending the pins together a bit with needle nose pliers, then cutting the pins about halfway No idea why they wanted to save a few cents and get it wrong as the rest of the circuitry looks better/cleaner than the comparison LED blocks I bought at the same time Must be 12v AC powered as it is looks like it has a little bridge rectifier 47 uF 35 V capacitor I only gave it 3 stars but anyone with technical hacking experience will be very happy with it.
