Judging by the comments I was hesitant to buy this because some people had trouble installing it on their new MacBook Air (2020) but I didn't have any problems with it. The case was easy to install as it snapped into place relatively easily and without any effort. I bought the frosted clear version so I can still see the rose gold color on my MacBook. The protective case has a slightly matte finish so it doesn't shine, which I really liked. My screen opens normally with no problems. The keyboard protector only has a core square for the Touch ID fingerprint part, which works well. The keyboard protector was a bit slippery at first, but the underside is silicone coated so it sticks to the keyboard pretty well after a bit of use. A protective film was included, but I didn't use it. Overall great for what I bought it for. This keeps daily scratches and scuffs from being carried around in a bag, but I don't think it's going to help much if I drop it.
