Not good if you are tall
So overall the quality looks good. I'm 6ft 1in and don't have a headrest at all due to the short back. As with any chair, my legs dangle 6 inches. My wife is small and cannot remove the footrest. I have no problem with that. The stool is very hard and will hopefully soften. Bought 2 of 4 needed. I'll look for something a tall person might like.
