Excellent case for iPad 9.7 inch. If you're just looking for a case that's comfortable to hold your tablet in, then this case is for you. It has no cover and only protects the back and sides of the tablet with hard, rubberized TPU plastic. I bought a separate tempered glass screen protector. I don't need a tablet stand. I also didn't find Apple's "Magic" covers as useful compared to regular tempered glass. This case works well with the Sparin screen protector I bought (new iPad 9.7 inch (2018 & 2017) / iPad Pro 9.7 / iPad Air 2 / iPad). Screen Protector Air, SPARIN Tempered Glass Screen Protector - Compatible with Apple Pencil / High Definition / Anti-Scratch). So far, despite the tight tolerances between the case and screen protector, there has been no interference between them. The interference often takes the form of the case pushing the screen protector away. I've only experienced this once when I pressed the volume button through the case, which leads to the conclusion: there are no cutouts for the tablet buttons in the case, there are holes for the camera lens, a headphone jack and a lightning cable, but the Power and volume buttons necessary push through the body.
