Review on Xiaomi Mijia AR ZINK thermal printer, color, smaller than A6, white by Stanislaw Buzala ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great quality, happy with it one hundred percent!

Came in the Chinese version, not global, nothing is broken, not wrinkled. The kit included 5 test photographs with a calibration card, a micro-b charging cord (like old phones from the 10-17s), Chinese instructions. I quickly connected to the MiHome application, immediately offered to ate. I have no complaints about the quality of the photo, even though the colors lead to cold shades. I don’t know yet what it is connected with, with firmware, printer or paper. But we have a working portable device for a sane price tag, compact in size, which does not require any paints and consumables except photographic paper. The picture is conveyed quite well in the photo. I also note about the quality - we should not forget that usually we print photos simply from the phone in the RGB color model, which is not the best suited for printing. originally invented to work on monitors. To improve the quality of the image, the best solution would be to convert the necessary photos to CMYK, naturally with the loss of colors, try to bring what is left to the desired gamut and then send it to print, so there will be a closer idea of \u200b\u200bwhat the result will be. And if you don’t want to bother, then there can’t be quality requirements like flagship printers, we take any photo, print and rejoice

Pros
  • - very compact - price
Cons
  • - slightly diverts colors into cold shades, more or less treated by color correction with the addition of + 3% yellow and + 2% magenta

Has pros: Quick print of the frames you have just taken Has some cons: A little color rendering fails, but playing with filters you can get a good result.
