I have bought other camping hammocks, and although I like the straps and the way the bug net works on this one better, it is simply not big enough for two people. I am an average-sized woman (US8) and felt like it was the perfect size for me alone. I could not have camped with my spouse in this, although we do have a couple of hammocks that are perfect for us, and he is a larger man (38wx34l pants). It was great for what I ordered it for, though, and the color blended in with the rest of my equipment.
