I would give this unit 5 stars but it is made in China. It comes from a "small family business dedicated to providing quality products and superior customer satisfaction". I love shopping at this type of store, but I hope this family will seek out American-made products so I can support them. As for the product, it is well made and fits perfectly. I needed a sleep brace and this works great.
