Review on 📚 Furinno 99940 EX/BR 3x2 Bookcase Storage with Bins, Espresso/Brown: Space-saving Organizer with Storage Bins by Renee White

I bought this to fit in an entertainment center where a small TV should be. The TV is upstairs and my SIL took the chimney my MIL put in the hole so I needed something to fill the hole. It was a very small opening and this particular shelf was the only one that fit and provided plenty of storage. I give it 5 stars because it's exactly what I expected for the price and durability of the product. I have several BH&G storage cubes so I'm familiar with the strength of shelves like this made from MDF. This shelf is made of a much thinner material. However, with care and attention to detail, everything becomes beautiful and with minimal effort. We were pleasantly surprised to find coasters with a shelf. My husband nailed them down and then we found 4 more small nails and nailed down the middle shelf which seemed to help with stability. I bought two baskets of three cubes that come with it and overall it's very cute. I plan to put remote controls and maybe DVDs and some random items in the cubes and baskets. Each top shelf has a weight limit of 10 pounds. It's a fairly cheap item that requires care and follows instructions, but works great in this tiny spot, covering a large hole in the back of a closet. It took me about 40 minutes to assemble and that was after putting the ends on and then having to take them off because the middle shelf was upside down. The wooden structure is only glued to one side of the shelves and one edge of the dividers. It's a little delicate but looks great together.
