I like that it is so easy to use and configure. There are many different features available, such as Salesforce integration for CRM or other data sources, it's very flexible. Very nice support team. Not much dislike about the product so far - we have only used in sandbox mode, but there have been no issues that we can see so far. Try using one of the demo sites to get an idea of what you want to do with the tool. We wanted to integrate Salesforce and other data sources easily into one system. This has made our job easier.
