Funny how Revain emails me to review a lot of the things I buy but I'm not worried but this product for some reason they weren't, and I had to look and do it voluntarily, without being asked? I just wanted to say that this mouse is good. It's light, it's slim, the buttons don't overlap, it's simple, it gets the job done and it's a good basic premium mouse. If you want to customize it, don't download the HyperX Windows Store app, download an older driver instead (the one on the right that doesn't mention Surge). Set up your profile there and then drag it to one of the three storage locations. This saves you from writing a 1 star review after I almost did. After that, the mouse with permanent built-in memory is fully configurable, even with different computers and when uninstalling the software. What else could you ask? It works, just do the programming part as I explained and you will be happy. To be honest I love the mouse, just a shame HyperX has a crappy QA and marketing department, not to mention bad coders with a UWP app. Be smart and the product will be good. That's all I have to say. UPDATE: They removed the outdated software from their store. Your version of UWP for the Windows Store is complete garbage. Change a 5 star rating to 1 star. Dear HyperX! Stop this UWP madness, develop the right way that doesn't force users to use Windows 10's Recycle Bin.
