No instructions on how to use the gadget. A few pointers on how to hang pictures but not how the hanger itself works. A google search shows a video but it's just a staged commercial, not instructions. The gadget consists of two parts that need to be moved apart. For this it is better to have big, strong hands. Also, the small buttons ONLY work with the imaging hardware shown in the video. This is NOT the typical hardware used on the back of most murals. Hanging pictures is a complicated process that can be done with just one pair of hands. no matter what. This silly little hook does NOT turn a job into a ONE person job. You still need two people to get it right. or at least do it without swearing to beat the group and ruin the rest of the day with the resulting frustration.
