Review on Office Chair Ergonomic Desk Adjustable Furniture by Russell Galbreath

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Quarter Price Premium Chair

I have expanded my home office and needed an additional chair for another desk that I will be working at most of the time, so comfort is a top priority. This chair has the ergonomic look I was looking for. The price is impressive. The chair came in a large brown box. The parts aren't secured very well, but that's okay as there's nothing fragile to worry about. It is disassembled into 5 main parts and a small box that contains the wheels and screws. Assembly was very easy, there were only 7 main screws, 4 of them under the seat and 3 for the backrest. I didn't even have to look at the assembly instructions, everything was done in about 10 minutes. The first thing that struck me was how comfortable the lumbar support is. I used to have an HM Aeron in the office and in comparison I like the lumbar support on this chair but it can vary depending on the build and build of the person so check the details especially the dimensions. I have carpet, the wheels work great, roll smoothly so that's a big plus. The folding armrest is one of my favorites. If I have a lot to do and need more freedom of movement, I can simply fold down the armrest. The large headrest is a nice handy feature too, I don't use it often but when I start resting my head on it makes me want to fall asleep, great if you just lie down and watch a movie. The quality of the mesh is top notch although I wish it was a bit thicker but if so it could affect overall comfort so maybe that's just intentional. All in all, this chair is very comfortable. Compared to the HM Aeron I can say that it is on par if not better in terms of comfort minus the (expensive) customization that the HM has. So if you are looking for a comfortable ergonomic chair, this chair should be your best option.
