I purchased this suitcase in October 2016. I did not receive it for free in exchange for a review.I travel extensively for business and pleasure and this suitcase went everywhere, from ski trips to Singapore to the streets of New York City. I try never to check in luggage on flights and I can happily report that I was never questioned as to whether this suitcase would fit into an overhead bin, in the United States or in Asia. The suitcase fit in the overhead bins on every flight. The case was sturdy, lightweight, the shell was never dented, and the wheels never gave out on me. Those who pull suitcases on those uneven streets of NYC know they can be very rough on suitcase wheels. It was a delight to find this suitcase could handle them for trip after trip.After 2.5 years of monthly, and often weekly use, the retractable handle became stuck such that it would no longer retract down into the case. I unzipped the inside to see if the handle channels had been bent somehow, but they were absolutely straight, showing no signs of impact or crushing.I felt compelled to write a glowing review, because upon contact and submission of receipt and required forms, the vendor honored the five-year warranty and sent me a replacement new suitcase. Yes, I had to pay $25 for the warranty claim, which probably covers the shipping cost of the new suitcase, but I give the company extremely high marks for its responsiveness, care and customer service.I'd highly recommend this suitcase, particularly for frequent travelers. Five stars!
