Hide the cable in the thin cover
They worked very well but I have to say the cover is a little tight to slide over at times. Keep in mind that this will only work with a small cable or two very thin cables. Depending on where you want it, you might not even need to use tape if it's behind something on a flat surface. In addition, they work well, are very thin and almost disappear.
