You need to modify the stock RPI Zero W case mount with heatsink

Took two for motioneyeos and connected them to a standard canakit. The heatsink pushes into the back and prevents the case from snapping into place. I sanded it down, you may have to remove some messages or flip the top, but it will work. Image quality isn't great, as expected, but is more than adequate for most situations. I also used some of that amber electronic tape to protect the camera from the heatsink to prevent a short from the bottom of the camera board touching the heatsink.
