Review on 🖤 Black Ameriwood Home Fairmont Accent Table by Rachel Cook

Looks great in my guest cabin. The assembly was very easy - the instructions are clear. The legs/frame are wood and everything else is lacquered MDF - no, this is not a family heirloom. But it's solid for what it is - a flat table/bedside table. It took me less than an hour to unbox, assemble and install it. The door can be installed to open to the left or to the right. I found it easiest to place the table hinge side down on the floor to attach the hinges - it's easier than holding the door up in the air and driving the screws. Or you ask an assistant to hold the door. The kit includes many additional parts (screws, cams, etc.). One of my cams broke during assembly so I was happy with the replacement parts. The cams are pretty cheap - feel like aluminum. They are packaged very well so I didn't have any damage in transit. It gives off gas for about 24 hours, but then disappears. Smells like latex paint. I love the soft yellow color.
