Ease of use!: hard drive case

I don't know why so many people are complaining about this product. This is why I am making a review as all the negative reviews get more attention than the reviews that testify that this product works. This article did not cause my computer to freeze or fail. This product is consumer friendly and you don't need to be an IT expert to understand how to use this product. I used this product to retrieve old photos stored on my hard drive. This product did just that with no problems. I cannot stress enough how easy this item is to use. Please don't be afraid. To give you even more confidence in your purchase, let me tell you that I purchased this item as a "used item" and it was still working. I saved money on the side. I'll tell you how I brought my product to market. First I connected the hard drive to the converter. Then I connected all the necessary cables from the hard drive to the converter. Then I connected the power supply. Converter via the I/O switch. I waited a second for the hard drive to spin up, then turned on the computer. I logged in and the hard drive showed up as a hard drive alongside my other storages. Most of the folders were hard drive locked in the original user account, but I easily got around this by giving myself (the current PC user you're transferring photos to) access to the folders. It's tricky at first, but google it and you'll eventually find the same forum where I found the answer. If not, post a question on Revain's Questions tab and I'll look for it to answer. (No Guarantees) Thank you for reading and I hope you found this review helpful! This ends the search for an HDD converter! My hard drive is a Maxtor 3.5 series and it fits perfectly with no issues. I didn't break any pins.
