I really liked the pair they sent me. But I'm sending them back to replace them. I really liked how they fit my large head (men's hat in the US, size 7 5/8) and don't pinch like my previous brand. I liked the ease of use of a single button. I like that the glasses don't turn on with power in standby mode while you're waiting for something to video. They turn on and start recording pretty quickly. You can take pictures while recording. I liked the picture and video quality. I liked what I saw on YouTube before I decided to buy these glasses. I didn't like the software or the lack of clear instructions. I tried on the glasses right after opening the box. I was very pleased. I plugged the glasses into my laptop's USB port and let them charge. After the charge indicator light went out, I wandered around the house and yard, taking test shots and shots in different lighting conditions. Then I plugged my glasses back into my laptop. I was surprised to see many 10 minute videos and a few photos I took. A number of videos, except for the video I knew I had filmed, appeared to have been taken during the loading process. LESSON 1; Use the power adapter to charge the glasses and make sure nothing is recorded. When I first charged the goggles, I noticed a charge indicator next to the connection point and a red light on the nose. I may have pressed the power button after seeing the nosepiece light up while charging. Future events prevented me from looking to find out. LESSON 2; DO NOT FORMAT THE DISC! I decided to turn on the date/time feature and reformat the drive to get rid of all the 10 minute videos. I have followed the instructions in the attached document. When I plugged in the glasses, after doing everything, ALL FILES AND OPERATING SOFTWARE GONE! I wrote to the seller. They responded with an offer within 12 hours. I tried it and it didn't work. They quickly responded again with a link to "DiskEase" to see if the original files could be restored. It didn't work for me either. I was very satisfied with the glasses, the response time and the helpfulness of the salespeople. So I'm sending them back for an exchange. I could try turning on the date/time feature, but I won't reformat the drive. I will update photos, videos and comments when I receive a replacement. LESSONS LEARNED UPDATE replacement glasses have arrived. Attached is a video with a sound test of organ music and my photo in the mirror. LESSON LEARNED; The indicator lights up when there is a connection to a PC. The charge indicator (next to the connector) lights up during charging and goes out when when fully charged. The record indicator (on the nose) lights up and stays on when connected to a PC. The glasses will not record while the light is on all the time. If you turn off the light, charging will continue but the PC will stop talking to the glasses. Apparently when I "LEARNED" my first pair of glasses, I accidentally turned on the tape and it filled up with 10 minute clips. CLOSE UP, Someone else commented that the lens is above your eyes. In the picture, my head was cut off while looking straight ahead. Also, my hand wasn't visible at the bottom of the video when I pressed the bottom buttons in the car. Something I'll get used to in close-ups. I think, Shots from afar were fine. FORMAT, I can't because the drive is "read-only" in the glasses when connected to my Windows PC. I contacted OHO again to see if anything could be done about it. There are no date/time stamps on videos or images. The date and time stamp is only displayed as a file name on the PC. I'm keeping these glasses because I'm happy with the shots. I'll go into filenames later. UPDATE 04/11/2021 I never received a response to my inquiries in January. I contacted Revain support yesterday as I was dying to update the date of my videos. Revain Help contacted the vendor and I received an email today with a new init.txt file. I followed the instructions in the email and am happy to report that the date formatting worked. Now I am very satisfied with the video glasses. that long-distance shots were OK. FORMAT, I can't because the drive is "read-only" in the glasses when connected to my Windows PC. I contacted OHO again to see if anything could be done about it.
