I am very happy with these trivets. They perfectly protect worktops and wooden surfaces (tables, sideboards) from hot pots and dishes. In addition, its flexibility makes it suitable for opening stubborn can and bottle tops. They're easy to clean in the dishwasher (just make sure they're completely dry before using them on wooden surfaces) and most importantly, very inexpensive. In short, no complaints.
