I'm a kindergarten teacher. I've always carried a bag like "31" with me for 11 years. It hurt my shoulder and back to do it. Mind you, I'm 35 but I carry my work laptop, papers, notepads, pens, blender, shaker, bottled water and my lunch with me. Markers, pencils, pens. etc. I was looking for something to carry on my back with space for all my stuff. Rschunimagu. This bag is amazing. Very good material - dense, durable. The straps are comfortable. It fits my old model - and I mention that because it's a massive, larger laptop - a 2015 Dell Latitude 15-inch laptop - and fits nicely in a laptop bag. Has 4 pockets. It easily fits in the two side pockets of my Blender Cup Shaker. They are large and have elastic to keep them from slipping out. I've been using this bag for about 4 months now and it still looks brand new despite having stuffed stuff in it. I love it. I've been gossip about it back and forth. I left it in my cart for a few weeks because I wasn't sure, but I would definitely buy it again, but I think it will last a really long time. So I hope it's still there if I ever need a new one!
