First of all, the packaging is SO cute. Opening the box made my day! It really shows how much care and attention they put into their product. I was so pleasantly surprised that there was absolutely NO synthetic fragrance or smell when I opened the package, which often happens when I order from Amazon. Especially since I knew my cats would lie on it. Both of my cats are very big - they're not fat, they're just big haha (Norwegian Forest - 12lbs and Siberian Forest - 14lbs). They fit in comfortably, but I still wish they were a bit bigger so they could really stretch. But they were both immediately intrigued and jumped right in. I bought two, the first one took about 45 minutes to assemble because I had to figure it out intuitively. The instructions are more of a guide to how it should look than how to actually assemble it. Most importantly, you need to thread the metal tubing through the mesh before bolting this frame onto it, and I didn't realize that at first. After figuring the first one out, it took me 10 minutes to assemble the second one. One of them is a little wobbly, but they come with little felt stickers, so I just fixed the wobble with that. The most impressive thing about this product is that it easily withstands my cat's angry and aggressive kneading. He uses his claws and loves to really stick them in and tear things up (ripped my last two mattresses). The fabric seems so thin, but not a single hole, not a single thread sticks out. As I said, I never write reviews but I really wanted to say thank you and compliments to this company. Please do not change!
