I couldn't find anything like it in town and was very happy when it came. It's subtle and looks classy. I had to adjust the hook a bit. I don't feel it when I wear it and I have no problem with it when I blow my nose. I haven't had any adjustment issues after putting it in, or my piercing didn't like metal.
