I was very disappointed with this product. The bag is good but the metal construction of the top of the bag is NOT solid. When we hung it up, the metal plate (back and front) couldn't stay in place. And when we put clothes in it, the bag immediately fell down. The metal on one of the pockets was bent, the top straps had been torn out and broken. The other bag wasn't too badly damaged and we were able to use it (although the top metal buckled, we were able to bend it back) but I'm afraid the bag will fall apart at any moment. .When you buy these bags, be sure to put the clothes into it little by little, and do it a little to the right, then a little to the left. And unfortunately, it can't carry much weight. We ended up cutting a slit in the top of the broken bag and just slipped hangers through it. Not what we wanted, let it work and clothes will be somewhat protected. All in all, I will never buy this product again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.
