I've bought several Mosiso cases for my MacBooks over the years. They last months to a year with daily use. The last dark green case I bought ripped within a few weeks of light use, NO DROPPING or even rubbing. At first I thought the installation was more complicated than I remembered. After just a few weeks, the edges and corners of the bottom cover were confirmed to be cracked with no repercussions. Either Mosiso had a bad production run with slight dimensional variations, or the quality has gone down A LOT. I contacted their customer service and they offered to replace the cap but they sent the top cap after I clearly explained that the bottom cap had failed. They offered to replace this wrong batch with a new bottom cap which they should have shipped first. After 2 days just sitting on my desk the top corner of the lid cracked. Simply that way. No warnings or punches, he collapsed before my eyes. I was surprised. He must have been stressed about being too small and eventually gave up. How strange. In the end I was offered a refund but I want other consumers to know what the quality of Mosiso has been lately.
