I will probably have to wear a mask at work again in the fall. These face covers are great because they are so breathable, not hot and don't give me a headache. I removed a folded square of fabric to cover my neck. It was very easy to carefully remove the seams with a seam ripper. The bottom of the mask has no seam. It is folded to form the second layer of the mask. So there is no need to sew after removing. Since that was my intention when ordering, I thought this information might be helpful to others. I haven't washed or dried them yet because they're not in use yet. But it seems to be of good quality.
