the quality of these pads is good - the stitching is nice and they hold up well to daily washing . They have saved me from changing sheets every day and work very well, but I use them for breast milk loss, not incontinence. I can leak a little and haven't had any problems with soaking and they've also worked well for catching air bursts while I sleep, but I can't tell if they will last the whole crash. I love that these pads are soft and vinyl free.
