Don't expect a mouse to work
The only problem I had was the wireless mouse/keyboard that came with the computer. Product support didn't help, instead of admitting that the mouse was broken (the keyboard worked) they spent almost an hour remotely fixing the software. Although I used a spare mouse that worked great on the computer. I left the session and never returned to continue the topic. Instead I bought a new wireless mouse and keyboard combo and it works fine.
