Update: This product works perfectly with the new suction cups I bought. The cups cost me a few bucks more (got them elsewhere) but it was necessary for it to work. So far there is no sign of rust, which is a plus. Since the included suction cup is useless and absolutely necessary for this product to work properly, my star rating remains the same. Tip: Buy suction cups separately if you don't want this product to wobble or move when in use. First rating (not used yet): TL; D Suction not working (deforms; will not stick to smooth/flat surface) - causes cart to rock left to right or tip in one direction depending on weight distribution. Features: - The suction cup is absolutely useless. You can't even turn it on. They are warped (see picture) so they won't stick even if you try to get them wet. Maybe I'll just have to buy and replace other suction cups. Depending on the weight distribution (see image) with blue shampoo on the left, the cart will tilt left or right, causing the cart to move slightly to the right. The clear plastic/rubber top (shown) is comfortable to relax in the shower as it will not rub metal on metal and cause the 'anti-corrosion' coating to peel off the product. Appearance/Durability: - The overall appearance is beautiful and seems durable, but only time will tell. I'll update later how it holds up. One of the thin rods is slightly bent (see picture) but not enough to make me want to return that or something. I leave it as it doesn't bother me and bending the back can weaken or even break it. Final Thoughts: - I might have to see how it works if it shifts that much (last pic with shampoo). It can be quite annoying when I return this product. We will see. I either return it or find a better suction cup to fix this problem.
