I was skeptical and put off buying the product for a while because I couldn't imagine how it could work. My problem is that I don't have many hair follicles or hair in certain areas of my face. So it's not just a thinning hair problem, it's a missing hair problem. How can a cream help? But it happened. I can't explain it, but this thing is pretty cool. Stopped me from shaving for six months from exertion. Also, I was a bit confused at first by the ingredients list. Most beard products only contain natural oils, oils, waxes, etc., while the ingredients list on this stuff looked like an industrial chemical spill. But my beard looks happy and healthy with it and I only use nourishing balms and oils in combination.
