When my son opened it for his birthday it came out of the box broken! The tire had ripped off and the eject function on the front of the big truck didn't work because the door that opened seemed to be glued on. The tire didn't just burst. The plastic on the axle was violently broken. I strongly suspect that this is a product that has already been returned. It also appears that there is something engraved on the underside of the truck. Someone scratched his name on it. I am trying to contact the seller. I will update. UPDATE: Replacement sent and arrived quickly. Everything was intact, except that the tail section of the helicopter was inserted upside down and askew. I was able to take it out and put it back in properly. This is a fun toy. My kids love it but it's thin. I was expecting a bit more durability for the money, but overall I'd recommend it.
