Review on πŸŽ’ Travelon Anti Theft Active Daypack Teal: Ultimate Versatility for Backpacks and Casual Daypacks by Kyle Ross

Revainrating 3 out of 5

A solid travel pack with a few basic limitations

Overall a solid everyday travel pack with theft protection. Notice when I say "daypack" and since it's advertised you can't fit a large amount of clothing, accessories, and electronics in this bag, so it really should be used as a day or nightpack. Love the anti-theft features and organizational pockets for storing small valuables (like phone, passport, etc.). My two main concerns/cons and why I'm giving it up (and also why it might not be worth the price): 1) Straps: Fairly thin adjustable straps. Unfortunately, you can't clip them all the way down on the shoulder straps. So unless you're very tall or muscular (I'm 5'7 and 150 lbs), the bag still hangs very low and uncomfortable on my shoulders. I also have chronic neck pain so I find this too uncomfortable for long hours with 15 pounds in my backpack. There are also no lap belts, which I should have looked out for when buying. 2) External water holders: I'm using a fairly large steel hydro flask and both side water pockets aren't very deep, so I'm a little worried that my flask will fall out if I move suddenly. You will find out if you use a smaller plastic bottle. So all in all a solid day pack if you don't have back/neck problems, but if you do I'll look elsewhere for the price.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
