We have recently remodeled our kitchen as we need more storage and better storage. Our design included a single bowl kitchen sink and we chose a 36 inch sink base. Instead of filling the mess under the sink, we installed a retractable Lynk cutting board baking sheet on one side of the sink base (the side not next to the dishwasher as there were extra drains/pipes etc on that side. We were able to fit quite a bit on this extendable tray, including 2 round pizza trays, 4 cooking trays, 6 white plastic cutting boards and 2 thick wooden cutting boards. That's a lot of storage in a small space! Highly recommended, we mainly used deep pan drawers in our remake, I would definitely buy more if I did more cabinets for this type of organizer.
