I have one of those infamous Bosch dishwashers that won't stay closed during the cleaning cycle. A new style dishwasher that doesn't have a twist lock like older models. Due to temperature fluctuations due to the temperature of the water and the stainless steel bath, the latch was opened after 15-20 minutes of the cycle and then 3-4 times to the end. Bosch offered a tool for this (thin metal plate) but that didn't help in my situation either. I used 2 of these spacers to push the top of the latch down a bit. Because they are plastic and not wood, they work better for a long time due to the moisture that escapes when the door is open. The only reason for 4 stars is that they're a little hard to beat.
