This combination worked well for about 3 months and I was very happy to get rid of my desk clutter. But lately the mouse has been acting strangely. It logs and sends most clicks as double clicks. This is really frustrating because instead of selecting the file, it opens it. Some software becomes unusable because double-clicking terminates the task. After some research on the internet I found that this is a common problem known as "debouncing" on mouse switches. The biggest concern is not being able to get support from Lenovo. There is no phone number listed on the Lenovo support website, instead you must enter an S/N. And it doesn't get recognized because I don't put it in. Lenovo is uncomfortable to deal with. I expect Lenovo to address the issues with both the debouncing and the support page. I contacted Raven. I hope they can replace him.
