I've had them for about a month now and these pillows are *amazing*. They came rolled up and when they fluffed up I was disappointed...they felt too soft and flat for what I wanted. HOWEVER... once I slept on it 2 or 3 times I was hooked. Maybe they just don't "inflate" fully in 24-48 hours? They feel soft like clouds but are surprisingly supportive. I will definitely buy more! hp I'm warming up and so far they're staying cool and I sleep on my side and weigh over 200lbs if that helps
