After using this pillow for 6 months without warning, one day I couldn't get up. My lower back, hips, and thighs were in excruciating pain. I was referred to an excellent chiropractor. I mentioned that I used a wedge. She immediately recognized that my problem was related to the pillow. I stopped using it two nights ago. I am finally completely pain free. It's not over yet and I hope the damage isn't permanent. Will continue to treat pressure points with chiropractic until all symptoms are gone. Please stop using it if you feel back pain. Or just find another way to relieve reflux. AND DO NOT BUY THIS. I was almost completely disabled for over a week. The pain was terrible. I DID NOT PURCHASE THIS OR RECOMMEND IT. JE!
