Plastic breaks easily, poor design

This car trailer had potential but poor design earned it two stars. I still can't understand why all the car hanger options are the same design as many years ago with minimal improvements. BMW offers beautiful design at a ridiculous price. A similar design just surfaced at Revain and I'll check that out next. Cons #1 First, the two pieces of plastic that attach this hanger to the headrest post were too tight, and when I tried to reattach them, the plastic broke in half. Even if the racks on my Grand Cherokee were thinner, it still wouldn't ensure the hanger snapped into place. Cons #2: The height of the hanger assembly makes it too tall and any hanging jacket will block line of sight. Why shouldn't they be flush with the actual seat (shoulder height) so as not to block the view? Plus #1. If they fit in your closet rails, which many reviews say, the actual hanger is strong enough to hold heavy jackets. Again, the ability to hold full weight also depends on the connection to the posts, but the hanger itself is decent. Plus #2. The two pieces of plastic on the hanger will stretch and compress, so depending on the size of the jacket, that's a nice feature. .
