I loved this pouf when it arrived but soon after it started spilling white styrofoam balls all over the floor. That was about a week after I received it. I thought they would squeeze through the gaps between the threads of the inner bag but I've just realized there is a hole in it so the filling is leaking out. BUT there is no way to pull out the inner bag to fix it. It's a shame that you have to throw it away when it's in perfect condition on the outside. I bought it in September and now it's December. I highly recommend getting one that you can take the lid off of.
