UPDATE January 2020: I increased my star rating, this company took my faulty bed and paid for shipping, it was great customer service from them, AND they refunded me for the bed. Now they say they fixed the defect on all the beds, so I guess only new buyers can say that. Excellent customer service. Not a bad price as they stand by their product. More stars for you. Nov 2019 - 1 star, that's terrible, don't buy. You bend in the middle when you sit on the mattress. Spend another $50 and just for a platform bed frame. The extra bed is not safe. And once it's assembled, you can't fold it until you've unscrewed everything. It's better to buy a platform bed and just unscrew the parts when you want to store them than to use them.
