To be honest I wasn't ready to spend as much money as an iwatch for similar features so it seemed reasonable to buy something for a quarter of the price and I'm glad I did have done! This watch is lightweight and well built for the price. The strap fits my small wrist perfectly and the design won't move or fall off my hand like my Fitbit has in the past. When it arrived I thought I needed to charge it but no, it was already 99% ready to use! For your information. Be sure to read the instructions because if you don't, you won't know how to pair your watch to your phone through the app. First I tried pairing via Bluetooth; Oh no! That doesn't work, haha. Its features are pretty cool: timer, stopwatch, sport modes (running, yoga, rotation and more!), heart rate, sleep, step counting and RELAX mode! If you don't move within the allotted time, you will also be asked to move while seated. Now that was super cute. You can relax for at least 1 minute guided (prompts to inhale and exhale on the screen and the subtle vibration of the watch telling you what to do behind a nice cool background). I love using the app to track my sleep cycles. I found them pretty accurate when it comes to my sleep/wake state. I don't like being interrupted by tons of notifications, so I personally turned them off, but the app lets you customize them to specify which ones to turn on or off. The manual says to sync at least once a week, but I prefer it more often, and it also says the battery is dead. After a week it has stabilized and is at 60%! Goodbye! Now I'm tempted to buy a bigger colored bracelet to make a little difference so I have to say I think it's so clever how they designed a bracelet that can be put on and taken off with secure quick pins! :) I would appreciate if they could design an optional color change in this device for added value :)
