I was a little confused at first by the connection part but the guide helped me figure it out. The English in the manual wasn't as terrible as some other products from China, so it was easy to read. I would say the sound quality is decent but it can't be compared to high end headphones like Grados or IEM but then again they are expensive. 4-5 times more expensive. In terms of comfort, I managed to keep them on throughout my entire workout session, which lasted about an hour and a half. I could probably leave them longer if I needed them. I would recommend them to anyone who needs an extra pair of headphones to throw around or toss in a corner somewhere. They're pretty good for the price they're offered.
