I received the cable quickly but was unable to use it immediately due to other unresolved issues. However, when I tried to use the data cable from my Tab S 10.5 to my new Tab S2 9.7, I found I couldn't pre-transfer. I used a new tablet cable into the small port on the new S2 and then used a UGREEN cable to connect the large USB end to the small end plugged into the Tab S. Neither tablet showed a connection that could be used to transfer my data. This was with Samsung's Smart Switch app. I ended up having to use the "wireless" method of transmission. I could be, but I don't think so.
