Review on Rubbermaid Easy Find Lids Food Storage Containers - 50 Piece Set in Racer Red by Wendy Busse

I LOVE these containers. Now, however, Rubbermaid has started adding ventilated uppers. I didn't want them so I'm very grateful to be able to see my old orders and reorder through Revain as I bought this set a few years ago and couldn't find them. I've ordered more because so many of mine have disappeared, almost certainly because my kids, nieces and nephews took the leftovers home and didn't return them. In my short review. They are easy to clean and can be washed in the dishwasher. I don't use the flaming hot water option on them and I don't set the dw to dry. I usually wash them by hand anyway, but I definitely tested them in the machine too. I haven't had much trouble coloring them and have stored all sorts of homemade sauces and foods in them. I'm pretty sure I stored some stuff in the freezer with them, but I could be wrong. They take normal heat well, and I've cooked things in them in the microwave too. I probably wouldn't heat them to the point of boiling anything inside. They are easy to store and stack, and if you don't distribute them you won't lose them. The lids are in categories where all small containers use the same lid, all medium containers use the same matching lid, etc., so you don't have to look for that particular lid every time you pick up a container, you can spot it right away. the look you want. In general, you should take care of them and they will last a long time. I haven't done anything extreme with them (like boiling water in the microwave, exposing them to extreme heat or cold, etc.) and haven't had any issues.
